Hello,

I’ve been dealing with what I believe is a vein on my right testicle (very bottom of front) which will sometimes swell up, I’ve noticed it seems to go away when I’ve been laying down. It scared me a few times since I’d check and feel what I thought was a lump but I believe it’s blood pooling since when I’ve been laying down it seemingly goes away. It is certainly more prominent after sitting for a while.

I have an appointment on 9/22 to check it and if needed check with a specialist for ultrasound or something to ensure it’s not TC but since it seems to go away and isn’t there constantly I don’t believe it to be TC.

Anyone have any experience with gubernacular or external spermatic vein dilation?
