Someone who is not me (no, really!) must've cranked up the Silver Surfer too hot and now the bowl in the wand really stinks of burnt stuff. Changing out the screen is a royal PITA so I'm looking for a good way to clean it without having to remove the screen. Hopefully the cleaning method won't color the flavor of the good stuff.

Any cleaning ideas? Thank you.

​UPDATE: I took this great advice to clean the wand and it's ridiculously clear now (was it ever this clear??) Now it turns out the vinyl tubing has retained a lot of reekage so that will be getting replaced. My local shop doesn't have these supplies even though I bought the rig there, so 7th Floor it is!
