Is this normal?

I just got a solo 3 and have been running it between 415-425 degrees. I’m sure this is a dumb question but forgive me because I’m high. Is this normal for the glass tubes? In another note, can anyone recommend a decent aftermarket cooling stem that won’t break my wallet? Thank you in advance.
