i just wanted to say that as someone who grew up with the story of the beast, i loved seing it in one of my favorite manga. I need to talk about how even as historically inaccurate it is, it's so good and fun ! seing names like Chastel and the Apchier family in pop culture outside of France is so great ! this was very useless, but i have no one to tell that so i'll just say it here. (i have so many things to say about the Beast of Gévaudan arc and the Beast of Gévaudan itself if someone want's to hear me rant about it)
