Required electrical for cooking?

Post Body

Hello guys and gals. Good morning.

I have need for some advice on the required setup to cook electrically off grid.

I have an induction cooktop I need to be able to power off grid. And I need to know what battery power I'd need to get going.

I don't require long looking times. So if the setup can do around 45 to 60 minutes max that's fine.

I currently have 450w of solar. And planning on adding a little more depending on what fits. And also have the option for a generator if absolutely necessary.

I'm not constricted by residential or other regulations as its for my boat but I thought the vanlife group would have experience enough with the creative setups.
