Hello van folks.
Last fall I installed a 50ah lithium battery and a Kisae DCDC controller. I chose the 50 so it could grow with me.
This weekend I hooked up a 100w solar panel to it on channel 2 And now Iām confused.
I get zero volts on channel 2 (yet Iām putting out power). Channel 1 was 12.7 volts and the house battery at 12.4 (engine off). It makes me wonder if my intended use is correct.
I want the Kisae to keep the house battery charged by worry now that it will not take the solar input and apply it unless the start battery is low.
Can anyone tell me if Iām doing it wrong? I have an email out to Kisae as well.
Thanks for the help.
RESOLVED
Big thanks to Secessus who nailed it from the get go but I did not... after thinking through my issue and retesting, the unit was wired backwards from the factory and therefore connected incorrectly by me. No support from Kisae at all.
