Electrical 24V for 1 item?!?

I’m planning on using linear actuators for my bed lift and the hall effekt control is 24v. The actuators are 12v and everything else in the van will be 12 V. Am I gonna have to make my entire system 24 V in order to just feed that one item? They apparently don’t have a 12 V solution.
