I’m rewatching the show from the beginning and although these people make me want to pull my hair out 102% of the time I can’t help but love this show. It’s probably because I’m the same age a lot of the cast were when the show first started but I think the show just showcases an important time (23-30) in a lot of people’s lives where your friends are essentially your family and everyone’s growing into who they are meant to be. Granted these people are pretty shitty but I love watching how their dynamics grow and change.

However, watching the first season I can’t help but wish this show had premiered a year prior just so we as the audience could’ve seen the OGs at the height of their friendships. I wish we could’ve seen Stassi being “madly in love with Jax”; Katie being a “nightmare of a human being” with Schwartz; and Kristen and Tom prior to their relationship spiraling (I’m probably in the minority but I do believe these two were very in love at some point in time). I also wish we could’ve seen Scheana coming over from Villa Blanca and Jax getting hired at Sur and Stassi being the queen bee in the restaurant. I always felt like the show started right as their group dynamic was starting to change because of Stassi and Jax breaking up. Anyone else agree?
