Rabies Vaccination Certificate for cats

Hi everybody,
For some reason, I'm moving to Canada next month, and my cat is also gonna travel with me. According to Canadian Food Inspection Agency's website, I'll need a Rabies Vaccination Certificate when I enter Canada. Does anyone know which veterinary clinic can provide this kind of certification?
