Needing a handyman for flooring and paint. Recommendations?

I am looking for a handyman or contractor in the Vancouver area to put in some flooring and interior paint.

A bit of back story- we had a family member pass in this house. He was deceased for 3 weeks before being found. We are currently having a biohazard team clean it and rip out all the flooring. Now, we are needing to go thru the homeowners insurance to get the flooring replaced and the walls repainted.

We're having a hard time finding anyone willing to go thru the insurance company. I am looking for recommendations on companies willing to do this.
