Starting Jan 1, the following changes will be made to the sub:

• Title formats will be enforced. If you don't title your post correctly, it will be auto-removed. Automod will leave a comment on your deleted post indicating that this is why it was removed.
  • Auto-flairing appears to be working on the posts that are already being made with correctly-formatted titles. The Automod comment inviting feedback will be removed. You're still welcome to provide feedback.
• Posts will be auto-locked. The expectation is that responses can go to DM or messages.
  
  • A handy Automod message detailing that the post is locked and to use private DM/chat will be added - along with a handy link to automatically start a DM to the OP.
  • MODPOSTs will be auto-locked, but mods can (and might) unlock them if there's need for threaded feedback.
  • At some point, based on demand, an override method may be implemented so that OPs can prevent their post from being locked.

There still hasn't been great consensus on going private or restricted with the sub. I'm going to leave it public for now. Minimum karma and account-age is still required, as has been the case for 2 years now.
