There's one or more folks that are reporting the posts of users they don't like. We're not talking spam or rule-violators. These are users targeting specific posts/posters.
You know who you are. Stop it. I report each and every one of these to Reddit, and to date Reddit has never rejected a report - they've always suspended the abuser. All you're doing is creating work for the mod-team and risking your own Reddit account. If you have a legitimate concern (that isn't spambot-related), send a modmail.
TLDR; If you abuse the report button, you will have your own reddit account suspended.
