I really felt heartbroken to know that Chimec has closed it's door permanently. They had the best Chicken Sandwich in Vancouver.

Chimec was my personal favorite, and their chicken sandwich held a special place in my heart. The perfect blend of crispy, juicy chicken and flavorful coleslaw made it a heavenly delight. Now that it's gone, I find myself craving a replacement that can come close to its deliciousness. (Although nothing may come close to it).

Whether it's a food truck, a small eatery, or even a hidden gem within a different cuisine, I'm eager to discover a new favorite. Please share your suggestions for outstanding chicken sandwiches or any other mouthwatering dishes that might help alleviate this loss.
