Trying to setup a dedicated server

Post Body

As the title suggests, I am trying to get a dedicated server setup for me and my friends to test for Ashlands. I think my issue is with ports as I get 'Game Server connected' but I do not see the server populate into the community server list. I am using a dell optiplex to run the server, so renting a server is not the option I am looking for.

I have Spectrum. I am using Spectrum equipment. I have to log into my Spectrum account to forward the ports. I have the Optiplex's IP set as static. I have done 2 rules so far for port forwarding. I have the 2457 external port, and the 2458 external port. Both are using 2456 as the internal port. Is this where I am messing up? Would like to not have to buy a new router as I know that's the easiest method to this, but was just wondering if anyone had figured it out.

Thanks in advance!
