Reddit Guild Recruitment Dead?

I was thinking of posting for recruiting for my newly founded guild at the guildhall/guild recruitment subreddits.

Problem is I'm thinking they are both dead as there is a post I made 8 months ago for a guild I used to be a part of still up with no responses. Other subreddits are worst with about 1-3 years no responses.

So are these subreddits dead and if so, where are the best places to recruit people?

I have already posted recruitment on the vainglory Discord recruitment channel and the vaingloryfire.com page.
