I have struggled with vaginismus on and off for my whole adult life, so I have personally tried each and every one of these. While I’m no health professional, I can assure you that there is a way out of the pain and frustration that comes from dealing with this unique problem. Relief from pain is possible. Intimacy is possible. Satisfying penetrative sex is possible. Don’t give up! Whether you’re new to vaginismus or you’ve been dealing with it for awhile, I hope that this resource can be a good place to (re)start.
