had a myomectomy and suddenly started struggling with vaginismus. 2 years post op and even though I think it's gone away I've felt resistance with toys and partners. It can go in a bit then it hits what feels like a seal and once you're past that threshold I kind of suck it in like a vacuum. I didn't have surgery on my vagina so I don't understand what changed. only been with 2 people post op and the first was so uncomfortable, was very aware of that threshold. zero pleasure. 2nd experience was miles better and actually enjoyable. could be a combination of factors of foreplay, mental state and the partner themselves. still have resistance with toys but is that because they're not as squishy as the real thing. it's like the tiniest ring of fire, but I don't know if it's normal
