Is there a chance the grade on Quest is wrong?

I looked up the grade of one of my courses on Quest yesterday and my heart literally sank. It was in the high 50s. All my assignments/quiz/mt&final are recorded on Learn/Crowdmark and none of them has an average lower than 70. I emailed my prof last night but haven’t received any reply yet. I know I sound paranoid but I struggled with my courses a lot in the past and this term I thought I could finally make them back on track; seeing the grade last night made me so sad and want to cry. Has anyone had experiences of seemingly wrong grade on Quest? Thanks so much.
