Odds of acceptance as Math transfer?

Hey everyone. I am hoping to transfer to Waterloo Mathematics major or computer engineering major. I have a diverse academic background, including:
An undergraduate degree in Business with a minor in Economics (GPA 4/4.3)
20 completed credits toward a Master of Science in a filed but dropped out
Current enrollment in Computer Science at Concordia University, Montreal
I would greatly appreciate your assessment on my odds of acceptance to Waterloo.
