Getting your final mark reviewed?

The CSC 110 mark was just released (even though marks supposedly aren't supposed to be released over the break) and I got fucked. Didn't fail, just got fucked. I want to get my score reviewed and emailed my instructor accordingly. He said that I could view my exam at the registrar's office.

Now here's the cheese. University policy says that I must get the mark changed within 21 days of its posting, but exam viewing at the registrar's office is closed till the 16th of Jan, so that's more than 21 days after my mark has been posted.

What do I do now? I'm staying on campus but everything is closed and I don't know what else I could do.
