Course Planning Help

Who can I contact about getting some help in planning out courses (your "plan" as Uvic calls it), for next year. I'm an incoming first year student, and I watched the live course registration webinar the other day... yet I'm still quite confused on the whole process of it all. Does anyone know if it's been posted online at all somewhere so we can go back and re-watch it?
