Instructor still doesn't have access to blackboard

So as the title states my professor doesnt have acess to BB still and I am utterly frustrated with the course. We have had discussions due but on Google classroom which isn't even official with the university. I am so confused as to what the hell is even going on with this class. Is there someone at the university I can speak to about this? It's already the 3rd week and I am not even sure what I am doing!
