I have an existing loan with Unionbank (Quick Loan and then they migrated to UD Digital and shit got very confusing).

Basically, I'm a good payor and this is my second loan with them na. Last month, I had to handle other bills cos may na-hospital sa family ko and I had to cover so I partially paid pero may kulang akong 800 sa usual monthly payment ko. I was mentally prepared na bayaran na si 800 penalties this cutoff pero biglang may nagemail and text sakin from AMG Collections asking me to pay for the whole of the loan. They said 92k daw babayaran ko when my loan amount was only 70k??? So kung nagbayad na ako ng ilang buwan paano nangyari yun??? I was mentally prepared to be asked to settle yung kulang ko from last month pero this is just crazy.

I requested an SOA na from UD Loans para manconfim yung amount pero matagal sila magreply. I can't find my loan details sa UB app ko and when I try logging in sa Union Digital, it says na wala daw ako account??? I tried logging in with the same phone number pero it auto makes a new account.

I answered 3 calls from AMG asking for clarification on the amount and how to settle pero paulit ulit lang nila sinasabi na ittransfer daw nila ako pero wala naman nasasagot sa tanong.

Gusto ko lang naman magbayad pero sana naeexplain sakin nang maayos bakit ako sinisingil ng buo.

What should I do? Bayaran ko lang ba yung kulang ko based on the 3% per missed payment? How can I view what I really owe kasi super tagal ng SOA?
