Any lawyers or collectors here that can tell me if this is legit document or gawa-gawa lang.
They did not contact me for almost a week after I settle a 4k payment out of 124k debt principal for my salary advance loan, wala po ako inissue na checke, it was debited on my atm payroll account pero 6mos ako nawalan ng work kaya hindi na nabayaran, and now sahod day, here they are contacting me again and telling me to call them back.
Im not sure if coincidence lang pero sinakto nila sa sahod day
