How long does USYD take to send completion letter?

Hi I'm 4th year BIT student major in compsci just wondering how long it takes for USYD to sends out completion letter? I'm confident that i have completed all credit requirements. I'm an international student and will need to reapply for a visa asap for continuing a post grad course next year. With chirstmas likely being a break next week im quite anxious that i won't get completions letter till after new year.
