Is it possible to do a graduate program whilst not yet graduated?

So basically I've completely flunked my exam today and I have a sinking feeling that I'll fail this particular subject. At the same time I've already been offered and accepted a graduate program starting January next year.

I was wondering what my options are if I do indeed fail this particular subject? Would it be possible for me to do the graduate program whilst studying one unit on the side? Has anyone faced a similar issue and can advise?

I'm really worried that I'll have to give up on this program, after spending so much time preparing for them last semester.
