Process for non-award unit enrolment

Has anyone had experience enrolling into a subject as a non-award unit subject?

The basic point is I've already got 30 CPs loaded up in Sem 2 (6 for July Intensive and 24 for main Sem 2), but want to possibly take on MATH2068/KRNS1622 as a non-award unit subject.

Does anyone know the process on doing this? I've done a bit of research and I'm not entirely sure. From what I've observed I apparently need to pay the full fee upfront (no HECs contribution allowed supposedly?)

Can anyone please advise? Would love to enrol into one of those units as non-award and be HECs eligible if possible.
