Credit transfer for pass conceded (49)

Currently transferring courses from a different university. I got a 49/100 in ECON1001 from my previous university which was so so so close to 50 and I got a concessional pass for that subject. During that semester, I had a lot of personal issues which deeply affected my learning though I'm not sure if the university would accept that. Considering it is so close, would it be possible for me to negotiate for the course to be transferred over so that I wouldn't have to do it again? Anyone else had any experience transferring a pass conceded extremely close to the pass mark?
