How does expedited US Visa scheduling work for Tourist visa?

Hi,
I'm trying to go to the US from Chennai, India to see my nephew and niece for the summer vacations in 2025.
I've applied for a B2 Tourist visa. And I got the appointment for 19th November 2025 in Chennai. I would love to have the Visa by first quarter of 2025. I know that there are things we can do to get an earlier appointment.
I would love to have it as early as possible so that I can plan. What are my options?
