Informed Delivery - Not showing on Dashboard

Curious if it is possible for a package to be sent to your address and never show on the informed delivery dashboard? I’ve had one or two instances where the package never showed on my dashboard but then showed up to my house. Curious if this is normal? I was provided a tracking number two days ago but it has yet to show on my dashboard. Thanks in advance!
