Anyone else dealing with this?

So I ordered some catfish tackle the other day and today I get a message from the USPS tracking app that says it’s been delivered. But when I went to check the mail there was nothing there . I spoke to a customer service rep from the website of the tackle I ordered and he said that thier tracking app may be on the fritz or maybe they made a mistake saying it was delivered when it wasn’t . Has anyone else had something like this happen? I’m absolutely livid .
