USPS must be intentionally trying to commit suicide

Ended up staying in Philadelphia for two more days until it was finally delivered to its final destination just outside of Philadelphia. I see so many post just like mine. Can they really be this bad accidentally or is DeJoy intentionally trying to kill off the postal service?
