AGAIN they lost my package

This is probably the 100th time. They lose my stuff, tell me that it's my fault, deny my claim, hang up on me, and we start all over again. For the love of God who is working there that is just allowed to scam people? What chimp is behind the desk with their brain leaking? I can't stand this awful business. I even got a letter today that said to provide the package to my local post office. WHAT PACKAGE? YOU MORONS LOST IT. It should be illegal to do what they do. I pray that USPS gets absolutely dissolved one day. No wonder they're losing money
