Certified and Insured and Still Lost

Sent out a certified with important documents form December 28. The delivery was supposed to be delivered January 2. Now Jan 5 it doesn’t even have any scans and hasn’t been delivered. Do not under any circumstances use the USPS for anything. They are straight up garbage.
