Error or something else?

Got a couple sets of sequential bills in my change bag from the bank yesterday. Bottom left of the bill face on the series of SN ending in (499x B) but not on other sets. Opinions? Would this be considered an error or? Looks like possibly something on the plate when printing or?????? Idk Iām new to this!
