Cancelled Interview...but Payment Pending?

I was scheduled for an interview this afternoon, but yesterday it got canceled (it sucks, but it happens). Later this afternoon, I check the my Dashboard, I see the payment is pending.
Its the first time that I see that. Usually a cancelled interview would mean no payment.
