So I was running NZBGet 17.1 for a long time and decided to update to the latest version (19.0) today.
After the update I cannot download and I get these errors in my log:
TLS certificate verification failed for [my usenet host]: certificate hostname mismatch (news.sslusenet.com). For more info visit http://nzbget.net/certificate-verification
So I pinged the address for [my usenet host] and like the article described [my usenet host] resolved to something else. It did not contain news.sslusenet.com
. So I put in the [my resolved usenet host] and I still get the TLS error when I click "test connection".
I have not tried changing the host to the ones listed in the article because [my resolved usenet host] did not contain any parts of any items in the list.
So it looks like I'll have to make a Self Signed Certificate or perhaps contact my usenet provider? Otherwise, per the article, I can disable the CertCheck setting but that is apparently less secure.
Any advice how I should move forward? Thanks!
