Style Changes

So, as you may have noticed, /r/USCG has been revamped. Please bear with me during this proccess as I am still tweeking things. Most of the work is done on a WSIII which doesn't offer me the best platform for CSS. I will be finalizing the styling at home over the coming week. For now though, please let me know of any discrepancies that you may notice with the styling.

EDIT: All style changes are complete! The biggest one was replacing the green when y ou hovered to International Orange. So that's been taken care of. And some other smaller changes that were bugging me. But we're up and running!
