Unable to find appointments at Blaine, WA!

I have my Phone alerts for the bot and I have logged into my PC at the nexus application. I search for an appointment within 5 seconds and I still can't see an appointment. I tried appointments "by" and "on" the date the bot gives alerts for! Am I doing it wrong? Or appointments are getting booked in less than 5 seconds?!! Please help!
