Hi all. I graduated college with a bachelors in accounting and I’m interested in working as a CBP Officer at an airport or port of entry. I’m already hired for a public accounting firm and I’ll be there for a few years(hopefully for good experience). CBPis something that’s always been on my mind and I really don’t want to be an accountant for the rest of my career. What are my chances to be hired for a CBP officer role with an accounting degree? Ik a criminal Justice degree is more common but I feel like I chose the wrong major way too late. Please, any advice would be great thanks.
