Interview question about time management for long term projects, what is the right answer?

I’ve had the same question come up for GS10 interviews a few times.
I always mention:
-Personal time management in time blocking via calendar -Delegation of tasks to subordinates/teams/SMEs -Planning as a first step, assigning timelines and phases to projects breaking them down and reviewing overall objective as phases are met.
I’m not really sure what the interviewers are looking for and I don’t want to ramble in my next interview, help please! Thank you!!
