Federal Temp Jobs for <6 Months?

TLDR: Have you ever heard of any Jobs on USA Jobs that hires you for less than 6 Months?

Little About Me: I am a former Hospital Corpsman (or Navy Medic)/Vereran who served on the COVID Response team swabbing patients and all overseas. Honorable Discharge, reccomended for Retention. Before I start College, I have from April-Early August of essential “free time” that I want to help out my community in New Jersey.

Being 4 months of time, has anyone ever heard of any temp/seasonal positions. Being Vaccinated and all, I would love to get back into the fray to help out, but I don’t know if people would hire me for just 4 months, any ideas?
