Best entry-level jobs for disabled vet plus disabled employee rights question

Hello,

What are some good entry-level Federal jobs for a disabled Vet? I have 80% service-connected disabilities (a large percentage from mental health conditions) and a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies.

Just looking for any ideas because I'm looking to expand my job search on USAJOBS outside of just VA jobs.

Also, if I have weekly medical appointments that I need to attend to be functional and stabilize my mental health conditions and the appointments occur during workhours does the VA or other Federal employers need to accommodate me and allow me to attend my appointments?
