Can I apply if I went to coding bootcamp? DigitalCorps Fellowship

Hey I want to apply for the DigitalCorps Fellowship and I want to know if I can still apply if I went through a coding bootcamp but doesn't have a degree yet? (I plan on going back to school since they said they would pay for it) I do have work experience as a Software Engineer at my job. A year as of now. Has anyone been accepted to the previous fellowship with a coding bootcamp and no college degree?
