I’ve had dermatographic urticaria the last six months. Started after a mystery illness that landed me in the hospital. The urticaria was moderate at first but has improved significantly the past six months with antihistamines- to the point where it’s extremely mild now.

I’ve had three primary doses of moderna so far (all before the hospitalization - and before the urticaria).

Has anyone with mild or improved urticaria experienced a worsening of symptoms after a booster dose? I’m thinking about Pfizer, because the dose is lower than Moderna. I am immunocompromised with another autoimmune condition, so I’m trying to balance the pros of getting another booster with the con of worsening the hives!
