Scared immune suppressants are going to kill me…

Ughhh I’m just so paranoid rn, idk if imma be ok mentally having to take an immune suppressant knowing all the bad side effects. It’s been three days but I noticed blood in my urine HOWEVER I am on my period but it’s last my last day on it. I noticed a side effect was hemuturia ( blood in urine etc) but I’m scared it’s also messing up my kidneys fast. Idk my anxiety, I can’t take this.
