Post Body

I guess I'm rather traditional so I went with 4 eggs, cubed ham, cheese, salt, paprika, Cajun seasoning, tumeric, lil curry.

I would like to know any hacks to cook steel cut Irish oats on the road or something else healthy. I don't eat processed food and eliminate seed oils to the best of my ability bc it would suck to get diabetes, cancer, dementia etc

WATER STORAGE From my research, HDPE containers are the least likely to break down and leech micro plastics in my water wall considering how hot it gets sometimes in a vehicle. So I used 4x reused white vinegar gallons for water and a few stainless canteens of course. Advice is always welcome.

Agreed!! I stay by the ocean most of the time and the humidity can wreak havoc on the contents too. But the “curry” is super tasty haha. When I run out of salt, pepper, and curry, it’ll be mostly useless to me, so I’ll check out that one from Aldi!
