I managed to get a drivers license with the physical address of the post office where my PO Box is. This took a bit of work, but apparently it is the Indiana BMV’s process for people who are homeless.
This is working fine, but now my vehicle is dead, and I need to buy a new one. Thankfully, I think I can afford to do that with financing from a dealership.
However, the dealership needs proof of residency. another bill that matches my drivers license would be sufficient. And of course I don’t have a residency. I think I could probably modify my cell phone bill to use the physical address on my drivers license instead of the PO Box using a PDF editor, but that feels shady and potentially fraudulent. Another bill that matches my drivers license would be sufficient.
Anybody else figured this out yet? I bought my last vehicle with cash, so it wasn’t an issue :-(
