I’m a 47 yr old professional feeling like I need a change. After two years of pandemic lockdown and WFH, I’ve lost focus. I want to reconnect with myself and others. I’m thinking of a small group that could meet to support physical wellness, focus on our humanness and also be totally open with one another. A completely safe space for intimacy, friendship and growth. Not sure what this would look like, but I’d like to see if anyone is interested- even better, can someone host and lead the group?
