Hello

after some months i wanted to play my Assassins Creed games. So I installed it and tryed to login. I couldnt remembered the password so I changed it. Then I logged on but then stopped at 2-step Verification by Google Authenticator. I dont remember setting this up and I also checked my emails and there is no trace of this. I dont know what my code is or how to get it. This is really frustrating, because now i cant access my own account. Whats even more frustrating is the fact that i need to be logged on to write a support ticket, witch now i cant do. And even more more frustrating thing is that i created new account for the purpose of writing a ticket. But when i try to write them it says that the phone lines are down (keep in mind that im trying to write them, not call them) and it keeps returning me to the support page. So i cant contact support. WHat should i do? Is my account lost?
